Games update and It takes time to crack the code again to hack it. He is a human being. Which mean he has a job and life. Give the guy some time to get to it. You can expect an immediate release upon an update. It’s unrealistic.  Plus their is a disclaimer don’t buy VIP just for one game. So it was your choice to buy VIP he didn’t make you buy VIP.
