Help/Support Last day on earth issue

So I tried to go past the wall and made it to the staging area, got the door open and deposited all my items but when I tried to progress the next load screen froze the game and now my game will not load at all. I have even tried deleting it and downloading the regular unhacked game but it still won’t load. Gets to the very end of the load bar then freezes. What can I do to resolve this issue? Also before I got locked out of ldoe I noticed that you can not access settings. The second you click the cog icon it freezes the game.

Did you by any chance craft an unreleased item?

I was able to get it unstuck by dropping jailbreak altogether and reinstalling the legit AppStore app and login so I was able to recover my account and I can now play again but unfourtenetly I still cannot enter the bunker. The other issues I was having (which now seem to be more of a jailbreak problem than the iOS gods hack) like opening settings seems to not be an issue when I’m jailed but once I jailbreak the game will just freeze the second you click to open settings. Also I don’t believe I’ve ever crafted unreleased stuff but probably could have in the past by accident.
