the only option is to make the backup and erase all content then restore your backup

Yeah I'm doing it now I'm backing up on iCloud on the PC them I can hopefully use that backup for my phone to restore and hopefully it won't update to the lastest version

if you erase your content it wont update

I found out I did a backup on 2018 on this app call imyfone D-back I can do a recovery from there and hopefully the back come back working fine
