The best bet is back up your data then update to 12.4.1 then downgrade back to 12.4 then jailbreak with unc0ver or chimera. Restore your device. Backup to iCloud via your phone then also make a backup to your pc via iTunes. The highest jailbreak currently is 12.4. Be quick tho because apple might stop signing 12.4 any day. iOS 13 is dropping in like 3 weeks so act fast
