Unable to use iOSGods App on iPhone X

I have been unable to use the app or the Safari version for over a week.  I have re-installed multiple times and have even factory reset my phone.  I am using iOS 13.1.3 and have tested on my iPad running iPadOS 13.1.3 and it works fine there so it's isolated to my phone.  The buttons "Get" for apps and "Sign in" on the account page don't work.  You click and it does the little animation but nothing happens.  Pressing and holding doesn't do anything either.   Any ideas?  I've tried everything.
