first add this repo : http://cydia.iphonecake.com/

 

then install : appcake

 

once done intsall FLAPPY BIRD from appcake 

 

****APPCAKE IS AN APP THAT LETS U DOWNLOAD APPS FOR FREE

so once done download this file
