I’m unsure whether or not you’re still looking for a jailbreak but Checkra1n would be your option.

It’s available for MAC OS and Linux, windows is yet to come but installing a Linux partition on your hard drive seems to work ( that’s how I have Jailbroken my iPhone 8+).

Although, take note that it is a semi-untethered jailbreak, meaning that if you reboot your device you’ll lose your jailbreak and will have to Jailbreak it again.

Have you tried to do a backup and then reset & restore your phone from that backup before re-jailbreaking?

I have been using Chevkra1n for a couple of weeks and I never ran out of battery, never fully rebooted my device either and it works amazingly fine.

Yes i have looked it up and they said that ios 13 cannot be jailbroken or downgraded sadly.
