PUBG MOBILE Freezing on Splash Screen

    When you open the game, a freeze occurs on the splash screen, the screen stops responding and the touch stops.

    the test has been done on two different devices

    1- iPhone XS Max iOS 12.4 jb unc0ver

    2- iPhone 8 plus iOS 12.4 jb unc0ver

    I sent you an e-mail with the problem, and no one recommended it to me.

    Also sent to Administrator (DADi) a message also did not respond.

    Hello,

    If this is regarding PUBG MOBILE, there seems to be a bug which causes the game to freeze if you use it while on Mobile Data. So connect to WiFi during the app launch and then you can play normally.

    We’re looking into what could be causing this bug.

    Thank you for answering my question,

    I’m connect to WiFi during the app launch, but same problem “freeze”

    there is another problem when I enter the tool in the iPhone settings shows me this message

     

    There was an error loading the preference bundle for PUBG MOBILE Cheats.
