Thanks for the hack! The coin hack works find on iOS 13.5 (unc0ver), but the Multi-Item doesn't work. 
 

Also I'm not able to play at all because it requires me to have 999,999,999 big stars (or star tickets).

Please update, I's be very greatful.

The multi-items works. When you purchase an object from the shop, just enable it.

The coins as your screen showed, works also.
BUT the TICKETS do not work.
