Help/Support Apps not installing

Hi,

I'm having a problem with installing any app right now. Today, I've tried to install different apps for my non jail broken ipad (ios 13.1.3) with no success. I have followed the tutorials of using the custom duplicate install and the apps do not appear on the ipad screen nor in the profile & device management settings and now when I attempt to download same or other app I get massage that i have reached my limit and no apps installed. What Should I do?
