Help/Support Unbanned my account on a game

Hello im gonna ask if it's possible to unbanned my account on "Iron Knights" game, I've spent thousand of dollars, time and effort to make my character stronger but the GM banned me because i use hacks ????????????

better would be to send me the money and ask for a hack

Contact the developers and show them your purchase receipts and ask them to unban you account.

They said they can't unbanned my accout even though i show them all the purchases i made.. ????????????

Can i sue them? Or is there a law that you cannot permanently banned an account specially when you spent a lot of money on it.

Apple can refund your in-game purchases from what I know.

Ask them to unban your account and tell them that I have wasted too much money and time on this game.
