Help/Support Cooking Diary® Restaurant Game Hack • Additional Content Cannot Be Downloaded.

There’s a background download that appears on the right hand side screen in-game which downloads whilst playing, if you click on the down pointing green arrow to bring up the download it shows a bar with how much has been downloaded. The numbers glitch back and forth when half way through downloading. Without this download being successful you cannot progress further into the game. 
 

any suggestions on what to do? 
 

ive downloaded the authentic game and tried to do the download that way which is successful but when i download my save on the hacked version the download hasn’t even been completed which is stuck on the loading screen saying “Unable to download.”

Happen to me as well what I did to remedy the problem was turn off battery saver mode and reset network settings ..then boom it downloaded

I tried that, it still didn't work:/

This happened to me when my phone updated on its own to iOS 13. I’m guessing that’s the issue since the game worked for me on iOS 12. I still have the issue. My guess is we have to wait until the hacked version is compatible with iOS 13. But if someone has a solution let me know.

That’s so annoying! I liked this game too.

It’s happens to me, but not only Cooking Diary game, Homescapes and Gardenscapes can’t download additional content but the app already download successfully. I got problem iOS 13
