Help/Support I can’t install .deb file using filza anymore

I am using iPad Air on 11.0.3 jailbroken with uncover. I can install .deb files fine just before but since my iPad crashed and I updated some tweaks from cydia I haven’t been able to install .deb files when I tap on the .deb file and install it doesn’t install and the following appears https://imgur.com/gallery/NygUfmW

I would suggest you start with removing the .deb with the identifier com.wwr.ammo as that seems to be the cause of the issue.

I have deleted the .deb file form filza but when I go into cydia file is still in cydia when I try to remove it using cydia I get 2 error message : “Sub-process dpkg --set-selections returned an error code(2)” 

“Couldn’t record the approved state changes as dpkg selection state” 

 

 

i think that this whole think happened because of a war robot hack, when I tried to installed the hack it didn’t install as normally did so I extracted the file and copy pasted the cheat file inside the folder of the war robot app but when I realised it wasn’t working I deleted cheat file and then I deleted the app too ever since that I can’t install any .deb file

Update I delete the .deb file but I didn’t realise it’s  “var/lib/dpkg/updates/0000” this file that is causing the problem , now the problem have been solved thank you for the help
