Where does iTunes store its backup files? The answer is simple: 
 

Windows XP

\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\AppleComputer\MobileSync\Backup\ 
 

Windows Vista, 7 and 8

\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ 
 

MacOS

~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

LoL if you are making first time backup on itune then u have to put your passcode first...
