I downloaded MobileTerminal to hack Bloons Monkey City and everything was perfectly fine. But every since time I try to click on MobileTerminal it stays on MobileTerminal for about 3-7 seconds then crash. The keyboard shows up for a split second then disappear then crash.

MobileTerminal has been crashing ever since iOS 7, I think.

I'd suggest you use iOS Terminal. It's better and has more features.

Use the one from Karen Tsai's repo, it works on ios 7 and above
