Help/Support Purchased VIP i received the email that I paid but it doesnt work

I recently bought the 34.99 VIP access but it still shows up as free access in my account, and that i need to upgrade. I have the email confirmation of payment whats going on?

If you have not received an email, please verify the email associated with your iOSGods account is correct and check your spam/junk folders.

I have the email with the details but my account still says I’m a free user.  I checked nothing in the spam folder the email is right. It shows that I paid I have the transaction number and all.
