Help/Support UDID Transfer Being Ignored

[sparky31290 8 27]

So on August 7, 2019, I paid for iOSGods App+ and installed it on my iPhone X. Everything was working great, until my iPhone just stopped working. Through Verizon, I got a replacement device. I read on the iOSGods website that you can do a one-time UDID transfer for the iOSGods App+. All you need to do is send DADi an email with your old UDID, and your new UDID, which I did. He responded with “I cannot find the previous device UDID in our iOSGods App+ system.” So I said “Okay, I can forward you the confirmation email if you would like.” This was ignored. A few days later, I said “Hello, I understand that you’re not able to locate my UDID, but I paid for this product and I can prove that I did. I also have the confirmation email containing that original UDID. There must be a way to resolve this issue. Thank you.”

That was a week ago, and I have received no response. If anyone knows of a way to fix this, I would really appreciate the help. It’s super annoying that I purchased a product and am now being ignored when trying to get an issue fixed.

Hi @sparky31290, I am sure you are not being ignored on purpose. DiDA gets way too many PMs to respond daily and he usually requests users to bump the message so he gets notified again.

When you send him your message, provide the necessary details such as the transaction details so it will be easier for him to find.

Hey!

Sorry, I replied to it now. Please do send the email you have received.

Thank you, I apologize for my frustration. I didn’t think about the fact that DADi gets probably thousands of messages all the time. Thanks for the help!
