Nope, just means that whichever unit which are actually capturable in that particular battle screen but are not previously 100% capturable are now sure captures. Unfortunately this does not work with the dungeon injection codes.

Seriously dont see a need for autocapture though unless you are going for starter units. With Celestial Garden and Garden of Imps dungeons injected you can get pretty much anything you want guaranteed.
