Hello iosgods users,

I cant quite understand how the process of purchasing a Vip or a 1 year subscription to the "Plus" version works. I have an Iphone 8s and have purchased the 1 year subscription while also included my account however I have not change from my free access status. Whats more concerning is that theres no refunds and there was no contact/Info after the purchase was made just a order number. Please if anyone can help me with this situation it would be quite helpful and for others who are dealing with the same situation.
