Help/Support Got my iPhone Replaced and need to Reinstall iOSGods+

I subscribed and installed the iOSGods+ app on my old iPhone with the 1-year subscription package around 2 weeks ago. Later on my iPhone needed repairs at the Apple Store and I got my iPhone replaced with a refurbished one. When I tried to install iOSGods on my current iPhone according to the instructions provided in the emails sent from the subscription before, the app didn’t work. Does it have anything to do with the UDID? As I think it’s unique on every iPhone and now it’s no longer the one I registered with? Please help, thanks:)
