Help/Support Can't re-install Windows 8.1 (Driver issues?)

Looked at the properties of the DVD driver and it tells me this

 

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Reinstall the driver homie.

just go to pc settings click recovery and click fresh or restore windows

no need for restore disk

I want to factory restore the laptop tho. I got it to work tho.

you can factory restore in the settings one is refresh ur pc and the other is a restore option to make it run like brand new.
