IDA hacking on iOS 11

    Hello,

    I've been looking up tutorials on IDA hacking and most of them seem to be for the older iOS versions (mostly 9 from what I've seen). Are the methods of cracking an app, getting the binary, thinning, and removing ASLR the same on iOS 11? As far as I've read, Clutch and Rasticrac don't work on iOS 11, so I've been having to use CrackerXI+ from appcake. How do I go about thinning the binary from that? The binary thinning tool on ARMconverter doesn't work if it isn't clutch or rasticrac, right? I'm just trying to do it one step at a time for now so more questions may come up, but I'm interested in learning how to do this. 

    Also, does IDA hacking work on all apps? Which kind of apps would it not work on? 

    More questions to come as I try to learn more. Thanks for help.
