EDIT: The game is hackable, use iaplocal download it from cydia and u could buy in game currencies for free after u activate from settings, look on how to install and configure iaplocal on your device, that method will cover, unlimited money and best boots, agents, trainer, the other feature isnt accessable using iaplocal
