Hi, I'm new to this and I jailbroke my device for the first time just today so I'm having trouble fooling the instructions. Where do I go to do the "settings" and turn on the cheats? I've tried searching and am having no luck finding them in the iPhone's regular settings app or using cydia to do this.

Settings are last cated in your iPhone settings. Since you just Jailbroke, you will need to install PreferenceLoader & Cydia Substrate from Cydia otherwise the hack won't appear. If you're still having trouble with this, reply here or you can try the Non-Jailbroken hack which is also posted here.
