Help/Support VIP Error Processing Payment But Deducted My Virtual Credit Card

IOSGODSVIP refunded the VIP 2 months subscription that has been my problem yesterday because of the Error Processing Payment while using Virtual Credit Card but still not a VIP... and now tried again because i thought it has been fixed, so i tried the VIP Subscription 2 months again only once but still error processing payment.. but IOSGODSVIP deducted the VIP Subscription on my Virtual Credit Card again.. I look for My Orders for Subscription i see "PENDING"..

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

There seems to be a bug where your purchase goes through, but it never gets captured leaving it in an uncaptured state. I have manually refunded you and looking into fixing this issue now so please try purchasing ViP again at a later time after you have received the refund.

Sorry DADi.. I think I misunderstood what you say to me.. I tried again after the refund.. the result is the same.. yet again deducted my VIrtual Credit Card.. I’m really sorry for that..
