Note: Before initiating hack, “Auto join” must be disabled in wifi settings i.e your wifi network, for this to work perfectly. Wifi(recommended) as being on cellullar may not work.

I tried in on version 7.1.5 and it works. I have updated to the latest version and tried. It works. Yes it works on v7.1.7

Also, i have edited the hack, which works on 7.1.7, so yeah you may re do it again. Hope this time it works. Be sure to read the steps carefully, again!

I can confirm that this method still works on the latest version (7.1.8). Although, the "Edit PDF -> Text" option didn't prompt an upgrade pop-up for me, the "Fill & Sign -> Stamp" option did. Anyway, thank you Nhq2356, you're a genius!

 

Edit: Download ConditionalWiFi4 from Cydia to block this app's wifi access and keep it offline for eternity.  I've yet to experience any pop-ups after respringing or closing from the app switcher after installing this tweak. Oh, and be sure to block the app again after every update.

Thanks Greencat! And also a very nice idea to use an app to block the wifi access. I didnt know it could be done in ios. Extremely happy to learn new things day and day. Great work on cracking the latest version and updating me with the info. I will soon update the hack with the credit of hacking going to you as well!
