I have a problem. When I download the deb file it says Result code 0 and when I go to settings nothing goes there but when I go to cydia and changes I can see the cheat there with a thick but it doesn't go to the settings, I tried to reboot it but it didn't work please help me

Which .deb file is it?

Do you have PreferenceLoader installed?

Open Cydia, search for PreferenceLoader and install it.
