Were you able to find it, or do you still need help? You needed to have commented or reacted to the post to see/be able to download it. I recommend you use a disposable Apple ID, Just in case so you don't get banned, I'm pretty sure this should work, however I'm not certain so be careful.

I didn't install it via ipa file but through the iOSGods app so there was no apple ID involved. I'm pretty sure the game bans devices so no matter how many times you download and use different usernames, it won't work on the same device anymore. Although I have tried installing via ipa file just to test it out (with a new apple ID) and it still didn't work.
