Dpkg locked (not able to install tweaks)

[Discusser 2 iPad Air 2 1.12.1]

So i was installing a tweak and it took forever to finish the installation so I just restarted Sileo with hopes that it would remove the tweak, when I come back to Sileo to download another tweak, I get an error telling me that the dpkg frontend is locked by another process. How can I unlock it?

iPad Air 2, iOS 12.1, Chimera Jailbreak.

Close cydia or sileo in the background. If not work, reboot and re-jb
