Help/Support Farmville 2 - Game crashing

Hello, just found the forum, I want help with Farmville hack.

I've tried custom install, game works perfectly until I get level 4 and connect to facebook, then it crashes at random times.
Tought it was about custom install, deleted everything, including appstore game, and redownloaded it installing normally, played the tutorial, after connecting to facebook it crashed again.

Am I doing something wrong? Is anybody using it and can help me?

Iphone 6s
iOS 12.3.1
Non-Jailbroken

I have no issue with it. I saved the game progress via gamecenter

Mine is doing the same. Says needs to update before syncing to cloud..

I only bought vip for this, recorded two videos to show the problem. 

Already tried gamecenter, Facebook... everything crashes.

Reinstalled everything, deleted, restarted iPhone

Hello, look like your device is too old / weak to handle the game which cause crashing. Like I said I have no issue with it

If I don’t use it it works normally, only crash when using.

I know that you and some others don’t have any problem, but is there nothing I can try to solve it?

Maybe in next version but I won't promise it will work. I mainly use gamecenter
