Request Is someone planning on making or has made a SpeedHack?

Jailbroken or Non-Jailbroken: Jailbroken, preferably.

Requested Features: Could someone PLEASE show me a working app-speed changer like the one that used to work on gamegem? I think me and thousands of other people have been asking for such a thing FOREVER.... but apparently No one in this ENTIRE JAILBROKEN COMMUNITY, REDDIT, DISCORD, AND OTHERS have made ANY Attempts at making a new speed-changer.

I know DLG Memor Injected had plans for a speed hack, but the dev is basically dead, so thats a big screw up.

If anyone has any working ones for ios 12 or sees anyone planning on making one, please tell me.
