Help/Support Phone respring by itself

I been using my phone and it would respring by itself when I try to open Notification Center or other things often.

 

Also, my iGG( igameguardian) would give me "Initialization failed  Please reboot your device" after x time when I saved the memory/edit

Which Tweak do you have installed related to Notifications Center?

 

IGG doesn't seem to work on iOS 8.3. Although some have reported it does.

Oh, try while in Safe Mode then. Do you get these issues?
