I have that problem after a prolonged usage of my laptop. :p But instead of just some .exe's its all of them :3 May I suggest moving files to different drives or different part of drive. My laptop crashes when I execute certain things in certain areas of its drive. Well my HDD is messed up so maybe I'm wrong :/

Right-Click on the file and mess with the compatibility section. Set it to Windows 7, XP, 8 etc.

Also try running as Administrator and disable your antivirus so it can infect your PC. :)
