Help/Support App seem to be stuck installing

Hello!

I have been, for several hours, trying to install The Arcana. It did all the usual things where the circle on the app icon appeared and filled up as it downloaded, but now it's just stuck greyed out, and the app page shows me this.

I'm afraid to try deleting and re-installing the app as I'm worried I'll lose my progress. What should I do?

Hello,

You need to uninstall and then install the newly signed app.

You can perhaps try Custom Install and also you can try backing up the app's Documents/Data via your computer.

Just from what i know myself the apps will be grey’d out like that because the iOSGods profile is not verifying due to the revokes, same as any game/app profiles you have to verify as they are revoked you can’t access them at all, if you delete a app you previously had installed and reinstall it, it will install no problem but you will have the grey’d out app.

If you delete the iOSGods profile and reinstall it and verify it, then go and try to download any app or game it will give you the revoke warning once again.

this is what i’ve experienced personally but everyone has different experiences.

if i am wrong about anything please feel free to correct me but i’m just offering my advice/reason as to why your getting the grey’d out app icon.

I uninstalled the app but now I am getting the ‘revoked certificate’ alert when I try to redownload.

It’s just apples way of blocking any apps that have been modified, think of it as a massive drug bust operation just with tweaked apps.

i know that some other places that tweak mods also have the same thing going on and basically everyones just waiting on a new certificate so the apps start working again.

Just a waiting game now, i’d suggest looking about the forum, getting to know people and helping other people out 😊
