I haven’t got the ability to download any apps, I tried your website/ app for the first time today but the first app I decided on trying to download is telling me I have already downloaded to many apps, even thought I haven’t downloaded any. I tried doing the Jurassic world alive but it never appeared on my screen, so I tried it again and it won’t ley me download it. What do I do?
