Help/Support Tweaks don´t appear on homescreen (tried 2 things already)

Hey,

Here I am again.. lol

I have a problem, sometimes when I install a tweak like f.lux it appears on homescreen, but sometimes not, like today. I deleted f.lux yesterday, and installed it again today, nothing appears, but yesterday it did ?

So what I tried:

1. Reinstall Cydia Substrate and Preference Loader

2. Run uicache

Any more options ?

If you have appsync unified, uninstall that. The tweaks should than appear.
