Download Limit is Faulty

The download limit angers me sometimes... not because it’s unreasonable. When I try to download an app, it fails to be downloaded. That “failed” download still counts as a download. And ever time I try to redownload the failed downloaded app, it tells me I have reached the limit. And I haven’t even downloaded any apps yet because they failed! It’s kind of faulty.

Hello,

It is technically not faulty. We cannot really see whether the app is actually downloaded or failed or whatever happened to it. Apple doesn't allow us to do that, especially in our kind of app.

So we can only see when you click the Install button. Clicking that button initiates the download, which in turn starts using bandwidth.
