Just a question here. I just bought a new iPhone 6, if I jailbreak it, would that end its warranty? Would restoring back to being nonjailbroken still have a valid warranty?

You can restore your iPhone back to stock anytime and I don't think anyone will notice it's been Jailbroken before.

This is an issue a lot of people are afraid of..

Like DiDA said, if you restore nobody can notice you had a jailbreak on your device... Just make a back up before you restore, so you dont lose anything.

For example, i had an jailbroken iphone 5, got some power button issues with it. Did a restore via iTunes and brought it back to t-mobile. They send it to Apple for a check up and gave me a new one.

Well, yeah thats normal. You shouldnt leave your device WHILE its jailbroken at an Apple support center lol...

He should get it back tho...its his phone..
