Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Hope you're having a fantastic summer!

Anyways, I recently messed up my jailbroken iDevice due to my ignorance. I installed tweaks that weren't compatible with ios 8.3 yet. I have a iPhone 5S. I recently installed winterboard, and got a theme for it, thinking it worked perfectly. I resprung and unlocked my device, and everything seemed fine. Until it crashed. After it crashed, I was stuck in a never ending loop of the apple logo. I managed to get into my phone, but I am unsure of what to do now. Please help me in any way possible!

I think you might have to restore it if it is in complete reboot mode, i suggest you do this last in case i am wrong.

1. Hold you off and home button until it is a complete black screen, if the apple logo comes back up do it again until it doesn't come back

2. Get your computer with your devices cable and have itunes open

3. hold the home button and plug your device into your computer until the itunes symbol comes up

4. you should be able to restore your iphone from here because it is now in recovery mode

When u get to the apple logo and it wont load anymore :) press your home button and ask siri to take u to Cydia :) then uninstall the tweak u install then u should be fine .. hope it helps

You manage to get in the phone right?

So the boot logo problem is solved?

Now uninstall the theme/tweak that caused the problem... If youre not sure what caused it delete all.

If you want to start over, just restore (always make sure that you have a recent back up) , throw the back up at your device and re-jailbreak.

Which solution would be best though? A restore or uninstalling the tweaks? I'm not really sure.

If you want to restore and start fresh, go ahead. If you don't want to restore and have access to your iDevice then you can uninstall the troublesome tweak.

If you got into your phone, uninstall what caused the crash.

Does that include sources like BiteYourApple?

CallBar didn't work for iOS 8.3, but it worked for BiteYourApple. Do I uninstall?

If it's causing issues, uninstall it.

What do you mean with it worked for BYA? Bya is a repo... It contains older tweaks also.

You have to delete the tweaks..

Not the repo..

Youre jailbroken on iOS 8.3 right, so you cant use tweaks/themes/apps that are not updated for iOS 8.3 yet. They could cause problems.

If you want to start fresh just restore with iTunes. Both is possible
