i installed localiapstore and the cookingdash.deb from zahir but both doesnt appear in settings, i have preferenceloader installed, and i downloaded iapcrazy but doesnt work

I just installed it and it appeared so the issue is on your end.

Try rebooting after installing.

Reinstall PreferenceLoader and reboot.
