Help/Support An app that stops working

Hi! First of all, I want to apologize if something that I’m writing hasn’t sense, or it’s bad redacted, because english isn’t my first language xd

I have a problem with an app, I downloaded it, and it works normally for a  minutes, but suddenly it stops working and I can’t re-open the app)): How can a resolve this? I tried deleting it and downloaded again, changing my country references in the settings, and I don’t know why this stills happen
