its not the ad's one, that one is usually an .exe this is the same name as all your usual files and its a .ipa, sideloadly wouldnt install it onto my device 

i have been using/downloading your .ipa for awhile now

If it true ipa file then just ignore the windows defender, it always false flag even the jailbreak ipa also causing trigger

Turning off Windows Defender completely or exclude the Sideloadly folder. I also getting that issue due to WD ate extracted ipa

no luck with turning off windows defender, still getting the guru medidation ipa file does not exist even though im manually adding the file to sideloadly lol

Try re-downloading the IPA after you disable WD

just re-downloaded with WD disabled still getting the same guru meditation file does not exist

Can you move the IPA file to another location and restart sideloadly then drag & drop the IPA & sideload?

yes i can move the IPA file from my downloads folder to my sideloadly folder

and when i drag and drop it into sideloadly and i hit start i get that error message that says file does not exist
