    Yoyoyo wassup my dude @khoi2112, I can help you further with more information about Cydia Impactor version and device info, but have you tried using another cable and port on your computer, also, for additional steps, try removing the underscores(or dashes) in the name of the ipa file. Try using running with non-administrator and administrator also. All I can give for now.
