    My request have been done and working well now. The first PM i did was to the wrong user. Then i did a PM to DADi and then it was sorted. Use PM and to the right user is the tip. And maybe he get a lot of messages and need time to process them.

    Same for me. I first tried to press the link and did get a message that i could only send to staff. Then i tried to find a user with user ID Administrator and then i at least got it through. Have not heard any yet but it also say that it can take 24 hours dont it?
