Oh okay im sorry but if it helps i think you could download the game on an android emulator (on pc) and then hack in app purchases via lucky patcher while you can load your safe games using gmail (cloud) in game

It is possible to get free in app purchases once using localiapstore it works just once but sometimes after deleting the app and installing it Again and loading the safegame from the cloud it works again, once but you can just load a safegame limited times a Day so each Install there is a pretty good chance of getting one in app purchase for free.. if you manage to press multiple purchases in one sec sometimes you can do 2 Or even 3 purchases but only if you manage to press the inapp purchases before the alert for the purchase where you press cancel pops up
