Help/Support Replacement proceed almost a month

I’m still waiting, had a confirmation email that my UDID was being processed and it can take up to 33 days. That was the end of March so it’s been a lot longer now -
I did search but it doesn't seem to be affecting other people right now I have tried clearing cache on safari, and re-downloading multiple times, still not working
