When I leave Jailbroken state (Reboot), I'm then able to beging downloading, again, without that pesky message. It took me a few minutes of investigating to realize payment had nothing to do with the error, lol. 

That has nothing to do with this thread. 

To play the full game without any interruptions you need to restore rootfs (aka unjailbreaking) in order to play
