In the game What's Your Story, downloaded from Joka, it seemingly works fine expect one major problem from my end. The game works, and loads correctly, but won't allow me to type in a name when it comes up which stops all progress for each story. It seems to be when I tap on the "enter name here" the keyboard doesn't even bother to try and appear. I've tried it on 2 devices but the same error occurs no matter what I try. I was wondering if this was a personal issue or if there was a way I could fix this.

Um question, the game seems not let me type in a name which stops my progression.
