is not your connection they patched the instant upgrade for buildings and defenses but it is still working to instant upgrade troops and instant speed up training troops. and even switching wonders. There is no fix for that error right now cos it was done via server syncing the time with the game thus they detect cheating that way if your crowns dont subtract.
