I'm having the same issue but here's a link for version 0.9.42 https://yalujailbreak.net/fix-progress-hpp87-error/. The comment section on this post (https://yalujailbreak.net/cpp-42-cydia-impactor/) shows a lot of people seem to be having the same issues with revoking certificates/deleting App ID.
